Updates – Sutherland Davao!

Contrary to news reports – Sutherland’s plan to expand in Davao will push through with an initial seat count of 100 only. There were reports few weeks ago that the company retracted their plan to put up a facility in the city. However, the said report was biased as the local tv networks were unable to get the side of Sutherland.

Nope…the reports were not true…..They will still push through with their plans.

What report was that tjbrewed? is there a site already?

Very very good news Davao!! Sutherland is pushing through it’s opening in Davao!!

They’re not yet looking for agents and supervisors, they’re still headhunting for senior managers, senior recruiters, senior HR practitioners and other vital leadership positions. Recruiters in Manila are already scouting and calling potential candidates for senior leadership posts for Davao.

Once they’re done hiring the senior leaders, and setting up the strategy for implementing and setting up the site, they’ll be on a mass hiring program in Davao.

There is still a black out on this news, BUT, (since I’m an employee =D) I just got the news last week. Unofficial/official word amongst the recruitment people is if when people ask where in Davao, to just say “undergoing construction” or “within the city”.

So it’s a go everyone after so many months of pauses, bumps, rumors and delays!! Get ready people of Davao and spruce up your resumes! Sutherland is coming to town!!!

  5. Keona says:

Someone texted me last night that they will hold interviews on Nov 7/8. But they gave no address to where. Saan ba ito sa Davao?

  8. sutherland says:

mga bai!!! sutherland is undergoing negotiations with the owners of …..guess what???……Pryce Tower!!!! di ko pa alam kung may final na, pero for the past several weeks they were negotiating with Pryce for the offices of Sutherland in Davao!!!

  9. markie says:

    Fellow Davaoeños:

Since the call center and BPO industry is about to take off in Davao, there are many mistakes that call center companies in Manila made that should never be committed in Davao especially in people management.

Many of the management practices (performance management systems, frequent coaching, frequent feedback, focus group discussions, etc) brought to Manila by Americans were adopted in Manila, but there was one thing that the Americans didn’t give careful thought of: Will their management practices be suitable to Filipino culture?

The answer is a big NO!

Why? Yes, these management practices worked really well in American culture and setting where Americans can easily communicate with each other openly, frankly and easily with little risk of resentment to candid feedback.

But in a Filipino culture, these management practices are viewed by Filipinos as:
-Excessive supervision <—which can be interpreted as lack of trust in their work and lack of respect in their competence
-Candid feedback <—can easily sound insulting to Filipinos
-Coaching <—too formal, can be viewed as demeaning by Filipinos; many Filipinos view coaching as what you do with you children or wayward teenagers.

And yet these are still being practiced in Manila call centers. No one has really done a careful study if these practices are working or is adoptable to Filipino work culture. The effects are low morale and employee satisfaction dysfunctional relationships and distrust between rank and file and management and ultimately, very high attrition rates which leads to higher costs for businesses.

This is a great time for Davaoeños to study and learn from the mistakes made in Manila. Management practices that should be used should be useful in the Filipino culture and setting and at the same time, can lead to higher returns.

    On Culture Clash’s post:
On performance management and coaching… ready or not, that’s the only way we should conduct our business. I consider myself successful in this career and that’s one thing i learned to adopt myself to – performance management (the american style). 🙂

The centers i managed made to the top among other vendors because of American designed COPC, Six Sigma and the like. Its just a matter of mixing the Filipino approach with American Processes. It works for me.

ON Sutherland… I think the only problem they will encounter is absenteeism and Attrition..! Better not hire people who were termed from previous employments due these issues.

  18. I wanted to join Suth sana because of the fast pacing and the types of programs they have. I only have 2 reservations: pay is low and the location.

  19. joey says:

ilang weeks ang traning,? and ang sakay may mag susundo ba ncase malayo ang bahay,? or may allowance ba habang nag ttraning.?

  20. Culture Clash says:

    Reply to Buraot:

Thanks for the reply. I thought no one gave a damn about my message.

Anyway, that’s a good point you have there. But I don’t think many managers, especially in vendors, have really given any careful study of the effects of the management practices ‘sent’ here by Americans. Call centers in Manila are doing really well in terms of meeting its KPIs and business metrics and many managers are assuming this is because of their present performance management practices in place. This can be attributed to what Mckinsey & Co calls the “halo effect”.

But this focus on old performance management models leads many managers to achieve performance metrics at the expense of health metrics. That’s why many vendors are performing well in the short term but can not sustain optimum performance over extended periods of time. Thus, we see a lot of “pull outs” from clients, high attrition rate and low employee morale.

Meeting or even exceeding performance metrics can be deceiving. But it doesn’t guarantee success over the long term. That’s why we see so many vendors in Manila lose their clients, to find out a few months later, that these clients open their own captive or shared centers. And we are seeing so many radical changes to performance management systems, coaching methods, and different other people management practices being practiced by these captive and shared services centers.

Vendors have difficulty adopting because of rigid SLAs and agreements. I hope my point will be given careful thought.

But again, thanks for the attention to my message.

  21. brosio says:

i agree with culture clash. i am a manager for a captive business in manila. we are now using very different performance management methods from what i was used to in working for vendor call centers. we are now focusing on a critical paradigm shift from a vendor culture to a more corporate or in-house culture. we’re taking several steps and one of the first is to hire agents with no vendor or call center experience, fresh grads, those who come from regular day jobs, etc and setting them up to the in-house culture. we’re doing really great with employees who do not have vendor experience. they have great behavior, performance, rarely, if ever, have absences, etc. our employees and agents who come from vendors are the most difficult and troublesome. they have high absenteeism, difficult to motivate and normally just stay in the company for a few months.

culture clash’s point must be well considered.

  53. Suthernever says:

I am a concerned guy, most especially for those who have not tried working and want to work at Sutherland Davao.

I was employed at Sutherland Davao in Tibungco TESDA. Process of hiring is usual as all of the other call centers. I may not be speaking for the whole, but my personal experiences with them had shared in common with several agents’ personal experiences as well.

If your luckily chosen to be hired then I don’t really think your lucky at all. Recruitment will just say ” your training will start next week, we’ll just inform you about the schedule’. By Monday, nobody had called or even sent SMS informing me about the schedule. You would have to be the one always reminding them to remind you. Their HR / Admin, I think is at complete disarray.

By the time you are on training, you would always be the one to catch up on them regarding papers/forms that need to be filled out (bank forms, Philhealth, PAGIBIG, TIN, etc. Is it not supposed to be that Admin/HR should be the one to provide you forms/papers while you guys are in class or huddled together by batch?

Third of all, the ever interesting SALARY. They give out the highest starting salary in Davao City. Well, that is what they say. But the truth is there will be a lot of salary discrepancies. They let you sign in and out on a piece of paper to keep records of your attendance but at the end of the month, salaries will be questionable. There was a guy who has always been absent but has received the same amount of salary with the punctual guys. Some guy has not been receiving his salary to two pay offs, and was asking if he was going to get a carry over of those on the third pay; Admin replied: “of course you will”. On the third pay day, whhhaaalllluhhh!!! All he got was an equivalent of one pay.

Guys… wake up. If you had heard of some stories and now just heard mine; please consider what you have all heard. Stories are not made with with out basis.

This company has a lot of issues.
    1. Salary discrepancies
    2. Admin/HR unprofessionalism
    3. Promises of Free shuttle service to Tibungco but now you need pay it
    4. No night shift differential when on training
    5. Poor training classroom setting
    6. Indian trainers that you can’t understand
    7. etc., that I do not know of as of today, because I quit and bail out on them.

  54. tabs says:

    thanks a lot, suthernever.

those were really strong and truthful points you posted there. now i’m thinking of cancelling my job application. well, their online application sucks anyway. hekhekhek!

okay, so they have Indians there in Tibungco who will actually train you? that would be a difficult challenge cos Indian accent, in my view, is the worst accent on earth. you just can’t get what they’re saying. lol. i’m wondering why India is topping the list as best outsourcing destination.

thanks again for those infos, and good luck in your future endeavors whatever they may be. 😀

To answer all of you guys’ questions:

    1. For Tech Support Representative which is by the way doing both the work of customer service and tech support, the Basic Salary is P9,000 plus P4,200 (or something like it) as allowance. This is by the for Norton products

    2. For Customer Service, Basic Salary is P8000 and same goes with the allowance. Doing the work solely as customer service for Norton.

    3. Product Trainers are Indians. As in guys from India.

    4. Salary starts when you are at product training. You have to undergo technical and english training for charity.

    Oooooooppsss!!!
This is just in, as I am typing this comment; the company has just pulled out and terminated a batch leaving them busted as hell. Ladies and gentlemen, if you are not as desperate as an unemployed guy who got his 17 year old girlfriend pregnant, do not waste your time in a company that does not have “employee satisfaction” and “job security” in their line of priority.

I am sure one or two of guys have read or heard that they once pulled out got rid of a batch that they promised a job to. This is to put on credibility on the previous stories you heard.

It sucks being in an account where nepotism is being practiced by the people you barely think would do the same. Symantec Essential Horizon is by far the worst account I’ve ever been in to. The account sucks! stinks! etc. The Program Manager, who goes by the name of MARLON ABAO, is not doing anything but just to sit down on his station and demands. He only sees what is wrong with you and not thanking you for the contributions you’ve given to the program. He’s from Link2Support and of coarse wants to get more people from that company where he came from. He’s hiring externally supervisors and other higher positions and disregard agents who came in first before him. The account requires experience in taking calls to better understand the process, but as to what I saw, people who were externally hired for higher positions were not capable of understanding it because they rely on the mentors. Mentors are originally the first people in the said account who came all the way from Clark but they were orignially hired here in Davao, the pioneering wave who were pulled out to do floor support when the big transition took place. Basically these guys are the lifeblood of the account. Symantec EH Davao wouldn’t survive without them. It could have been hell for us who were taking in calls back then without them.

I am no longer working in Sutherland as I think staying in the company would prolong my agony. People who started from humble beginning are being disregarded and it simply demotivated me and a whole lot of others.

If you are to transfer or apply in this company, PLEASE THINK A HUNDRED THOUSAND TIMES!!

I’m so sure you didn’t pass the interview the way i see your writing. And my God! you damn talk about the indian’s accent, uhhh! the nerve.. I can’t understand much of your composition dude/girl or whatever!! Make sure you sound competent when you try to discriminate somebody. I work with these guys and they’re really good (the only glitch is the accent) but other than that, they’re good in their job. Try to review your comment.. You’ll see, it sucks!!

    Dearest Mr. Norton,

What’s wrong with the writing composition of blackbird?.. Maybe there is a little bit but it so very understandable! And that is not the basis as to be in a call center! Actually my dear, blackbird is my friend and had already passed the final interview! and you know what shit dude?! You are the only one who made blackbird’s comment bad. Blackbird was not telling about discrimination and that is not his/her intention! and you are the one of a kind animal who was telling about discrimination! Oh c’mon my dear shit! There’s no wrong if someone tells about his/her emotion through his/her experience! And as what you say, it so obvious that the indians are really good bcoz they are working already with their kind of job!!! My God! kindly review and review your composition and the meaning of it! Don’t make the others comment worst just because of your unprofessional worst attitude! Your comment is more sucks than blackbirds comment!!! I think you are just a Bigheaded one because of what you had now! don’t be such!!! uhhhh! eowwwww! yaaakzzzzzzz!!! behave!…

  82. Elzo says:

I just want to share my personal experience here in Sutherland. I was hired as a Language Trainer in 2007. After a six months,I decided to leave Sutherland because the plan of putting up a call center in my province did not materialize.

I got a job in Accenture Manila (database content editor) and after 6 months i decided to go back to my province since I found it difficult to live away from my family.

Surprizingly, when I went to Sutherland Makati to process my clearance, my Manager welcomed me with open arms and offered me a new role or job. About my compensation, My manager doubled my previous compensation package and even topped what Accenture offered me.

Yes, I admit Sutherland has lapses but the remedy to this dilema is not to put down the company.
If you think you know better, you should prove to the company that you can create change or development. LEAVING THE COMPAMY IS NOT THE SOLUTION. Don’t run away from the company and shit on it. We always think of what good we can get from our employer, rather, think of what we can contribute to make that company better. Help build the company – not destroy it.

No matter where you are, if you have this attitude, you won’t succeed. Prove that you can solution the problem by staying in the company and create favorable changes.

    According to my experience, Sutherland:

    1. believes in the potential of each employee
    2. carefully assesses the skills of their employees and vest them roles where in they can enhance and maximize their innate abilities
    3. provides career counselling
    4. provides opportunity to their employees to grow in their field of work

Don’t focus on MONEY, you can spend a month salary in an hour. Focus on SELF-DEVELOPMENT.
If you are skilled, you will never ran out of company to apply. Money comes after.

Guys look for companies which will give you a space andtake the wheel and showcase your potentials.

It’s not about the company – it’s about the employee. The employees are the company!

    God Bless.

I’ll be based in Davao soon. See you all cool Dabawenyos!

  84. Elzo says:

Please, let’s stop this bitch fight and talk of plans to make things work well. Sutherland is now part of your City and is paying taxes to your local government. If the callcenter industry, including Sutherland, will not prosper due to your negative responses then it’s a loss to your local government income – thus slow progress of Davao.

The logic is simple: If you discourage people to join the callcenter industry; then the Industry will not grow. If the industry will not grow; then tax contribution will be less. If tax income will be less; then budget for city projects for development will be less, hence Davao’s progress will be slow. And all will go with it including yourselves since you are all Dabawenyos.

    Get it?

    I love Dabawenyos!

New Call center to bring 4,000 Jobs to Davao?
By Bob on Mar 28, 2007 in Commentary, News

According to today’s edition of SunStar Davao, a new Call Center is being eyed for Davao City, which would bring 4,000 new jobs to the City! And, that’s just 4,000 jobs at the Call Center itself. Whenever you open up that many new jobs the effects ripple through the economy and result in even more jobs in other companies serving the Call Center.

For example, Call Centers are generally open during the overnight hours, because they serve customers in the USA or Europe, thus the Call Center workers will be working through the night hours. Because you suddenly have several thousand people working through the night like this, it will cause increased employment among taxi and jeepney drivers who normally don’t operate in the wee hours. It will cause a few restaurants to stay open 24/7, creating new jobs for cooks and waiters on the graveyard shift. A lot of things will happen, and a new source of 4,000 jobs can easily create another 500 or 1,000 extra jobs not directly working for the Call Center.

This is good news for Davao. There are already a couple of Call Centers here in the City, and with Davao being eyed as a major new destination for future Call Centers, only good things can come to the City!

  87. Hi,
I am planning to apply in Sutherland this Aug 19. My previous supervisor is already employed there as Account Manager and encouraged me to apply as Supervisor/Team Leader because they’re hiring for those position as I had 3 years experience as Customer Service and Technical Support Representative.
Based on the comments here, I already had doubts in doing so. I am not from Davao in the first place so what will happen to me if all of these things like “pulling-out-from-account” thing will realise? My gosh. I won’t give up my stable job here in Cebu even if I’m an agent only but at least I’m getting P22,000.00 monthy.

  88. jackson says:

uhmm, i really really want to work as a call center agent and technical support representative in sutherland. I passed all interviews and exams. While waiting a week after, my school hired me as Information Technology instructor. A month after, sutherland texted me for the training to be based in their new account at jacinto street (back of the Venue). hmp! Im

  91. AlphaMikeOSCAR says:

Callbox and Blackbird, blackhawk Mr. Norton is correct. Just by reading your posted statements, I believe that you don’t fit nor qualify to become a contact center agent. Do something with your attitude and basic grammar. I have doubts that the three of you can handle conversations with a customer on the phone.

  94. churva says:

    Hi Elzo.

I was so surprised to everyone’s reaction about the company.

I just got my contract today thru email, and I was accepted as a QA which will commence this August 11.

Yes, we live in an imperfect world. I agree to that. Nobody is ever contented to anything and everyone (including me) has the tendency to sought another once someone finds any inconsistency/dissatisfaction points.

I am not here to point out negative things, I just want to clarify items which I think is vital for all newly hired employees about knowing what the basics are. These are:

    a. salary — since my career starts officially on August 11, I understand that my first three weeks is occupied mostly on trainings. WILL MY PAYROLL OFFICIALLY START AT THIS VERY DAY? OR ARE THERE ANY OTHER SPECIAL ALLOWANCES? I UNDERSTAND OTHER CALL CENTERS HAVE A PAY POLICY WHERE TRAINEES DON’T GET OFFICIALLY PAID UNTIL THEY WILL BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS THE TRAINING. THEIR OFFICIAL PAY STARTS WHEN THEY WILL BE LAUNCHED TO PRODUCTION. Is this the same set up for Sutherland in Davao? Any answers, anyone?

    b. workdays / shift schedules — can anyone give me an idea what are the shift schedule? re: time in / out //// workdays??

    c. account — the account where I will be assigned as a QA was never mentioned (but I know it will be later). I am just excited to know if this is a technical account or not. So far, can anyone also tell me what are the current existing accounts in Davao site right now?

My excitement poured in when I received the news that I got hired. Yet I want to make sure that I am making the right choice. The very reason why I accepted the offer was overwhelmed with the idea of working near my hometown (I’m from Bukidnon, by the way).

I don’t have any problems with work challenges. They are normal scenarios to me. I survived and climbed to a higher career ladder here in Cebu with all these fights. What I’m concerned more is my decision to leave the current job I have in replacement with something else and gaining nothing in return. I actually had so much high regard with the company, since my colleague used to work there in Clark.

I was hoping this is a worthy challenge, of leaving a dream behind, and pursuing something greater (hopefully). Life after all, is a big contest.

See you soon Davao. Welcome back Mindanao!

  106. Suthernever says:

Wow!! They have finally put up their new bldg. I guess it’ll be great. I guess they have finally accomplished a monument out of their bull-crap system.

And by the way, I don’t see this company urgently in need of accountants. Maybe they should, because when I was with the company salary was never intact and correct. Maybe it was the accountants fault? Unlikely..

Hey Sutherland Davao Administrator or Director!!! Put up a separate finance department in Davao, so your employees will have someone to kick ass to for your ever so trendy salary discrepancy problem. Or maybe you just do not want to, because you want to huddle some more of your employees’ salaries to put up another bldg.

Something to think Sir / Madam.

DVO is too far away na.. then she got a call naman saying na da spot is ready for her in DVO but then incompetent ang suth when it comes to commitment kaya declined na lang ng bestfriend ko.. i have 2 yrs experience as a CSR and im planning to go back to DVO and suth WAS my first choice amongst.. pero kakadiscourage ang ganun practice.. talagang naloka ng bongang bonga BF ko kc pinabalik balik cya and she has no permanent place to stay in DVO kaya magastos..

  114. kalampay says:

got the sutherland blood for 17 months now. i’m quite happy with the company and simply loved the idea of being challenged. sutherland may not have the perfect system, but was never a thrash. to be modest, the company may not be among the top 5 choice (to work to a call center) ’round here in makati, but was always taken into consideration for good pay, good place and good people. that is why i liked it here, no complexities and will go along to any of your future plans.

though this is my first call center job, i never stayed long as an agent. worked my way up on my own pace, until i am settled as a support staff where i truly belong to. i left gensan at a gamble to find my luck here in makati. very surprising to find a company that compliments well to my idea of a workplace.

now comes another great chance the company gave me — i’ll be back to my most beloved soil. as a mindanaoan, working in mindanao is a bliss. I’ve always wanted becoming part of its rigorous development.

(sucks! my other side of my brain couldn’t stop from saying this…)

kabalo mo bai, ug gusto jud mo maging maayo sa maskin pa ug unsang butang, paningkamot ra man jud kinahanglan ba. walay daghan reklamo. kung panghimuslan mo sa kumpanya, dapat makapanghimulos sab mo. akoang purpose nganu nadugay ko diri? daghan ayong mga butang na akoa nakat-ungan diri mao di pa ko mohawa. akoang tanan nahibal-an diri, positive sab ko na magamit sab nako in tym na mohawa sab ko diri. in time na mo-settle man jud ta, naa tay knowledge ug skills na magamit nato. mao maskin pag gipanamastamasan ta sa kumpanya, dakung pasalamat japun ko sa tanang tuon.

right now, i’m staying here in makati. going soon to clark, then last stop davao. how enjoyable it will be? i still don’t know. on of all these travels, it’s up to you on how you make your own path. find a company that works well with you. i found mine.

sutherland is a good company, but AT&T uverse account sucks!! i am currently working as TSA in AT&T uverse account, but you know the sad part, gihatag na nila most of the responsibilities to T1, even billing inquiry and billing adjustment, trabaho na si tier 1.hahay!! wala na trabaho ang taga billing department!! pati installation reschedule, amo-a na pud! and very unfair kaayo ang metrics brcause, bisag dili imo ang call, tapos saimo nasulod ang survey, and zero ang score, you no choice and you cannot even dispute about that!!

  119. lee says:

i just applied in sutherland yesterday…the procedure was okey, the exam was easy(both oral and written).but there are just some of those hiring officers who were awkward to listen, the accent were exaggerated to the point that i could hardly understand what they were talking. i got hired that’s what they told me. but i am a graduation student right now and i will be available effectively after march 2009. then they said that they will just call me or send me an email. so my questions are. are they really going to call me?or just forget that they got me hired?am i going to expect or not at all?

  120. i wanted to apply for a position in your good company.i just wanted to ask how????and are you still hiring????????

    Hello…
Where can we apply?do they still hire for some agents?

  128. Anghit Nyojan says:

Well to shed some light in some matters readers might be interested in Sutherland Davao is full of stinky INDIANS with a management group who’s mindset is as stable as people who flew out of the cuckoo’s nest ! Visit NLRC if you wish to know the complaints ex employees filed against them. The best and pioneering managers are no longer with them. One last thing Ranjit Ebenezer ! YOU STINK LITERALY ! ahahahahaha ! Take a bath once in a while

  129. Anghit Nyojan says:

Also regarding the salaries , they have already adjusted it to what they conveniently calls a “provincial rate” so expect a salary range of 7.5 k a month up to 9.5 k a month inclusive of allowances so it means thats all you’ll get . The building sucks ! it has cracks all over it , I’m not going to be surprised if the ceiling wil suddenly collapse on you ! go ask an APM from AT&T , hahahaha ! Stability —> go ask some MySpace ex employees who got terminated with no valid reason ( Sutherland still insist it’s all legal and just ) wehehehe . I pity those people and the endless complaints left unheard . They also transfer people from one account to another meaning your salary might decrease or retained regardless of the program you’re handling. Meaning if you get 8 k for handling an easier account even if you get transfered to a harder account you’ll still retain your salary ! go ask people around. It’s true that having companies like Sutherland in Davao helps a lot as far as city reveniew and employment are concern , but we should not allow companies to abuse employees , neglect labor laws and do things totally unjust for their employees . Given an option I’d rather work in a company not owned and managed by INDIANS ! ! ! call me a racist bit their management style STINKS like they do ! ehehehe – TO SOME SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS MAKE YOUR SALARIES WORTH IT ! STOP ACTING LIKE AN EGOTISTICAL DUMB ASS ! LUCK AND STUPIDITY is not going to work all the time . BULLSHIT might get you on the top but you will never stay there .

  130. Anghit Nyojan says:

One more thing I’m not really racist , I’m just damn cruel to animals . On the sixth day God created man, INDIANS were created on the FIFTH together with the DINOSAURS . They are suppose to be extinct , I don’t how these mother fuckers survived all these eons ! I guess their stink killed all the dinosaurs and melted the ice age ! They are even harder to kill than those damn cockroaches , I’m sure these bastards will survive a nuclear holocaust . Hehehehehe

  131. sutherland says:

dont say stuffs like that, because you do not know anything about sutherland, coz a guy like you are what they call “DROP OUT” that is why your like that, and about the salaries you could always ask the HR about your salaries, why is it like that, and they will explain every detail about it, and you will understand why, stop listening to people who are saying bad things about sutherland just because they wer kicked out…
they are just mad because they wanted to stay longer, but unfotunately they cant because they cant obey simple rules!!
you shouldnt complain because you know why? when you got hired, terms, rules and regulations were explained to you right? but you accepted it even though you knew it from the start..
so stop complaining and do your work!

Think about what you said..

  132. SutherStink says:

well , yes people why don’t you just think like Sutherland here above me,. It’s better you experience it yourself and try to see if you will be as enthusiastic as this guy above me. Apparently he is still with the company and probably is one of those “LUCKY STUPID BASTARDS he fondly stated above “SWERTE KA NGA”. You dont get hired by luck, getting a job is not like winning the lottery you egotistic dumb ass ! ! ! well if HR is as transparent as what you claimed to be then BOY you’re in for a surprise in your life . Apparently it’s either you work for Sutherland or somebody asked you to write the things you stated above. Yes people I dare you to have a career with them and lets see where it leads you 😀

Lastly it seems you’re the drop out BOY since you can’t even compose your sentences correctly , well you got hired in Sutherland, that definitely explains why you’re so good with your English Communication skills , hahahaha 😀

I am just amazed on how bias and one sided these stinky Indians are ! Imagine there is this one Indian Supervisor who is as smart and responsible as a rat , who gets paid more than the local employees , did nothing but misfit and shame but is still within the company. Wow so if you’re stinky and dark you can always get away with anything huh. I shudder with the thought of these stupid Indians taking over the company ! It irritates me everytime I see him still in the office doing nothing ! No justice for the local employees ! Indians are not Gods nor untouchables , but in Sutherland they are ! I’m definitely going to quit working here ! It’s just simply not worth it .
