Ayala Land released a new data with regard to their new mall projects in the country. One of which is Ayala Center Davao. As of to date, the Gross Leasable Area of Ayala Center of Davao has been increased to 90,000 sqm and target completion of the mall’s phase 1 would be in the 4th quarter of 2010 while phase 2 would be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2011.

Ayala’s confidence in Davao is really high. Why not? Davao is the premiere city in Mindanao. Where else would they put their stakes but in a place where return to investment is almost guaranteed!

now again davao city was on top most competitive city in the phil. so more investment will be put here, thanks to the ayala family.
